Rainwater Retrieval System for Rural Properties in the Southwest of Quebec:
How can we manage our rainwater to ensure water availability in the summer?
Water scarcity is a rising issue of the 21st century. Even regions that are considered abundant in freshwater such as Quebec are facing difficulties. Here is our proposed solution to this problem.

As we enter the 21st century, the world has to face the issue of global warming and its diverse effects on our economy, society, and environment. One of these issues, defined as our planet's boundaries, is freshwater use. Water availability is unequal all around the globe, and even parts of the world that are considered abundant in freshwater, are struggling to meet the water needs of their communities. Helping these communities to better manage their water resources is a crucial matter that needs to be solved rapidly and efficiently. This will help them in the economic, social, and environmental aspects of their lives. This design project is a proposed solution to the water scarcity problem happening in the Southwest of Quebec.
